NoTokens "Back to You"

A smooth groove funk, almost a massage, a progression of blues, a video showing a suburban bike ride. A whole world. "Back to You" by NoTokens is a confessional and possessive song, a bit in the vein of Sting's "Every Step you Take". Somewhat distant, the voice’s effect feels at times robotic and at times frozen, as if alienated. The classic blues solo sets foot on the ground, but just a moment. A song to listen to while riding a bicycle, absolutely!
