On the first listen Readership brings back memories of 10,000 Maniacs, R.E.M. and Tracy Chapman. With a Peter Buck-like guitar sound and a twist rhythm "Down with you" has a very roady vibe. The vocal performance is very passionate and the sound of the band very organic.  A song to listen to crossing a desert route!
