Rocketmonkey Lovemachine "Ray"
Sounds from Germany
17/08/2026 | Hailing from Germany, Rocketmonkey Lovemachine delivers a blistering 3-minute and 9-second burst of pure skate punk energy with their latest track, "Ray." In a world that is fast, crazy, and weird, this self-proclaimed "monkey rocket" is even faster, fueled by an unapologetic, breakneck mission to blast love and humor into the universe. The track is a melodic, loud, and animalistic ride that charges straight ahead, marrying scrappy, frenetic guitars with smoky, raspy vocals. Heavy basslines flirt seamlessly with punchy, driving drum beats, while perfectly synced vocal harmonies spark with undeniable synergy. The result is a timeless sound that defies strict modern or old-school labels, feeling instead like it was organically brewed on the sticky floor of a smoky rock 'n' roll dive bar. Hovering somewhere between infectious melodycore and the sweaty, nostalgic Swedish rock of the 2000s, "Ray" is a relentlessly happy, high-octane anthem that proves punk rock can be both fiercely aggressive and joyously fun.
